     GO-TAP - General Officer Transition Assistance Program - We deliver the Job and Career Transition Assistance segment of the congressionally mandated General Officer Transition Assistance Program (GO-TAP) course delivered five times annually at Joint Base Andrews.

     Board of Director Marketing - Twice annually, we teach USAF General Officers best packaging and marketing  strategies for acquiring a seat on a Board of Directors.

     Senior Executive Service (SES) Packaging Assistance - We coach executives through the exceedingly difficult SES packaging and application process. We write and construct the entire package for submission.

     Corporate Outplacement Services - We build and deliver custom Corporate Outplacement programs and services to companies and organizations who face a workforce reduction.

     Job and Career Transition and Executive Coaching - Annually, we work exclusivelly with a small number of senior leaders and executives wishing to make their next best career and financial move. We provide real-world, executive field-tested, practical job and career transition techniques and tactics that can be immediately applied to effect positive financial and meaningful changes in their career, regardless of their current career transition status.
