General Officer Transition Assistance Program

General Officer and Senior Military leaders are offered a two-day workshop on Job and Career Transition. This is specifically designed for senior military leaders who may be considering leaving their distinguished, multi-decade, military careers. 

Each workshop we present provides attendees with practical, real-world, and in-depth understanding of how to manage the multiple and complex strategies around value-added branding, multi-channel marketing, social media management, interviewing, negotiation, and
on-boarding issues that are essential as they move into Chapter-2 of their careers.

Workshop attendees attend both in person and virtually. The course teaches attendees how to plan, manage, and execute a smooth, successful, and timely transition to another career and secure a financially rewarding position upon their retirement from military service.

The skills, knowledge and experience gained throughout one’s military service career are extraordinarily valuable to private sector businesses and organizations to help them design, build, grow, operate, manage, and maintain, all aspects of their organizations and companies.

Boards of Directors

Securing Board of Directors Roles

General Officers serving in the USAF Reserves are offered a course titled, "Marketing to Boards of Directors.We can assist General Officers and other senior military leaders make the jump from a military to board position.

Qualified executives who manage public, private, non-profit and other corporations or organizations, who wish to join a Board of Directors seek our expertise in helping them achieve that goal. There are many complex facets to launching and managing a campaign that allow anyone to be considered a qualified candidate to serve as a director on any board. 

 Executive recruiters specializing in board recruiting have another set of rules and guidelines they use to screen acceptable candidates for presentation to their client board.  Knowing what all of these are when seeking a BOD position, and how to market oneself to each is a path filled with unseen pittfals. It is arduous work, at best.

Winning a BOD seat. Regardless of the type of board position you occupy the application process for securing a post is verey complex.

At a minimum, it requires applicants to have expert industry knowledge, focused research, proper preparation, impeccable branding, timely submission, and a well-run marketing campaign with flawless execution, along with many other factors.
